Ron P. Shue

Ronald Perry Shue, 54, joyfully entered into the presence of His heavenly Father on Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 after a 2 1/2 year battle with T-cell lymphoma. Ron was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Shue and his infant daughter Ashley. His immediate family includes his wife Karen Calvert Shue; sons Nolan and Taylor Shue; mother, Ercel Shue, and brother, Ernie Shue, of Greensboro; sister, Jeanette Pletcher (Craig) of Ringgold, GA; nieces and nephews, Angie Johns (Tony) of Atlanta, GA, Dawn Maynor (Matt) of Gainesville, GA, Heather Pressley (Mike) of Matthews, Lisa Hinson (Zack) of Indian Trail, and Brooke Barbee and Alan Barbee, both of Laguna Niguel, CA. He also loved his macaw, Harley, and his pug, Champ. Ron was owner of Ron Shue Imports at Lake Norman. His motto was "I'm just selling cars and making friends with the public." He enjoyed being in the mountains and spending time with his boys. Ron lived his life with humor which he kept through with his illness as he fought with incredible faith and joy in the Lord. As a result many people were blessed and encouraged especially through his CaringBridge site www.caringbridge.org/visit/ronshue.
