Roger Moore Powell

Roger Moore Powell, 79, of Charlotte went to be with the Lord October 4, 2015. Roger was a loving husband, great father and a wonderful Paw Paw. For 51 years Roger was a long haul truck driver but still found time for family, fishing and NASCAR. He will be remembered by his wife, Bessie Latham Powell, brother Jimmy H. Powell, his three children, Rita Gail Byrd, Brenda Faile and Bobby Shoemaker, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. -
