Richard James Lamont

Richard James Lamont, 77, of Mint Hill, North Carolina, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Wednesday morning, September 7, 2011. Richard was a proud member of Central Church of God and will be remembered for his faithful participation with the Men of Acts outreach program. His immediate family includes his wife, Crystal Thompson Lamont, of Mint Hill; his children, Brian Lamont of Mint Hill, Scott E. Lamont of Indian Land, South Carolina, and Krista Wilson and her husband, Jerry, of Matthews; two grandchildren, Evan Wilson and Holly Wilson. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to Hospice and Palliative Care-Charlotte Region.
