Richard Burton Bell, 83, of Monroe, went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday afternoon, December 31, 2010. Mr. Bell's immediate family includes his wife, Joan Bell, of Monroe; his children, David B. Bell and his wife, Nancy, of Gakona, Alaska, Joanne R. Rabolli and her husband, Thomas, of Tamarc, Florida, Donald A. Bell and his wife, Susan, of Monroe, Linda Lopez and her husband, Frank, of Monroe, Roger A. Bell of Monroe, and Russell E. Bell and his wife, Kathy, of New Milford, New Jersey; his brother, Willard Bell of New Milford, New Jersey; seventeen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
