Paula Mae Frye Copenhaver

Paula Frye Copenhaver, 79, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 6, 2012, while in the care of Carolinas Medical Center in Pineville. Born October 31, 1932, in Winchester, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Paul F. Frye and Sadie Pence Frye. In 1984, she moved to Regent Park, in Fort Mill, and she worked in real estate, with the PTL organization, and also with K-Mart. She loved meeting people. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clark E. Copenhaver, Sr., who passed away February 26, 2003. She was a proud member of Steele Creek Church of Charlotte. Her immediate family includes her sons, Carl Suter (Debbie) of Fort Mill, Michael Suter (Janice) of Harrisonburg, VA, Jeffrey Suter (Hanako) of Selbyville, DE; a step-son, Clark E. Copenhaver, Jr. (Paula) of Fort Mill; a step-daughter, Joann Kline (Harold) of Clear Spring, MD; also, a long time family friend, Jane Foley; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
