Margaret Roberson McNeill

Margaret Roberson McNeill, 89, a resident of Plantation Estates in Matthews, North Carolina, passed away early Tuesday morning, November 15, 2011. Mrs. McNeill was born January 12, 1922, in Mount Airy, North Carolina, and was the daughter of the late George Cecil Roberson and Lilly Hollingsworth Roberson of that area. She is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin McNeill, Jr., who had a devoted career as a design engineer with the U.S. government, that passed away November 30, 2009. After graduating from college, Margaret's career, outside the home, was that of a Music Teacher in the public school system. Her immediate family includes her two children, Janet Axon and Calvin R. McNeill; grandchildren and great grandchildren. -
