Kathy Lynn Mixon, 65 of Indian Trail, NC passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019. She is survived by her loving husband, John of 39 years, her son Jason McBride (Christi), her mother Elizabeth Trivett, her brother Jimmy Dale (Shirley), her sister Jennifer Yandle(Adam), two grandchildren Keegan and Kayleigh McBride, along with a multitude of nieces and nephews and her dogs Teacup and Zoe.
Kathy is preceded in death by her father, JD Trivett and her brother Barry Trivett.
Kathy was a hardworking wife and mother who loved all animals. She was an all around great lady who will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers please send a donation to Carolina Waterfowl Rescue or Union County Animal Shelter.
