Affectionally known as “Poppy” to many, he was named by his three grandsons who were the light of his life. He had a deep and special love for his family that will be greatly missed. He never met a stranger and always lit up the room when he walked in. He was the life of the party, an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast, lover of music and food. He will be remembered for his boisterous laugh and huge smile. Our hearts are broken, but are kinder because we loved this amazing soul. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you remember Dave through donations in his honor to the Aldersgate Supplemental Assistance Fund or the Wade Family Scholarship Fund.
