Bobbie M. Messer Sr.

Bobbie Morrison Messer,Sr., 76, of Charlotte, went to be with the Lord early Tuesday morning, June 5, 2012. He was born and raised in Harnett County. At 17, he entered the United States Navy and following that obligation, made the United States Air Force his career. His immediate family includes his wife, Erbia Faircloth Messer, of Charlotte; his children, Kay Messer King(Jerry) of Church Hill, TN, and Bobbie M. Messer, Jr. of Mint Hill, NC; one sister, Helen Elmore of Warrington, VA; two grandchildren, Meghan Annette King and Drew Messer. ***In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that contributions be made in Bobbie's name to Sharon Forest Baptist Church, PO Box 25734, Charlotte, NC 28229. -
