Almeta G. Sanford

Almeta Sanford, 90, of Charlotte,North Carolina, passed away early Sunday morning, May 27, 2012. Ms. Sanford was born April 23, 1922, in Old Hundred (Scotland County), North Carolina, and was the daughter of the late Fred Grooms and Addie Mae Parker Grooms. Her immediate family includes her two daughters, Patricia P. Saxon and her husband, Jimmy, of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Brenda Chisenhall and her husband, George, of Elgin, South Carolina; one sister, Inez Tyner, of Columbia, SC; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren. -
