The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Lail can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: So sorry to hear about Jim. We started together at IRS in the same "rookie" class in Charlotte. He stayed there and I went to the mountains and later to Virginia. Always liked Jim...he was a low-key, easy-going person. I'm sure he will be missed by many.

Condolence: I was saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. He was a friend and coworker. We shared many laughs and told many war stories. My heart felt condolences go out to The family. May God guide you through this time of mourning and may you all be comforted in spirit.
